Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All press-on sets are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created before it ships.
During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Method
We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping carrier and delivery estimates will appear at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Pineapple Press-ons is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, delayed by the carrier, or lost after shipment.
For issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of handmade and hygienic beauty products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
We cannot accept returned items that have been worn, opened, or used.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please email us at shop@pineapplepressons.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Custom Order Policy
Custom sets are created based on the exact design, colors, and details discussed during ordering.
Because each set is handcrafted and made specifically for you:

Changes to a design must be requested before production begins
Accurate sizing is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering custom sets to ensure an exact fit.
Refund Policy
Since every set is made to order, we do not offer refunds for:

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Shipping delays caused by USPS
Refunds are only issued if:

The wrong item was sent

The item arrives damaged with proof provided within 48 hours
